We are 10 minutes from Louth, renowned as the prettiest Georgian Market town in England, where local produce can
be bought from Louth Market which is held on Wednesday,Friday and Saturday.
Local produce can also be purchased from Alvingham stores and Farm shop, 1 and 1/2 miles away.
We are surrounded by small Market Towns where there are frequent farmers and occasional continental markets
held during the year.

Adjacent to Louth Navigation Canal, short breaks, midweek breaks, romantic breaks, the small hamlet of Austen Fen, 5 miles from Louth and between the Wolds and Coast.
Kents Farm Self catering holiday cottages are well equipped and comfortable. Each has its own courtyard and parking area with disabled access.
Both cottages are 1 bedroomed with en suite, double / King bed and cot, but will sleep four adults or 2 adults 3 children as there is a comfortable double Sofabed in the generous sized lounge,also a pine cot .There is a wetroom with wash handbasin ,toilet and shower downstairs , enabling disabled suitability. High chair for infant .
